What is your MOQ?
From 600 pairs per style, 2 colourways per style. Trial orders below this quantity are not accepted at this time.
Can you make our own design and logo?
Yes. OEM and ODM are both supported — send us your tech pack, sketch or even a reference photo.
How long is the sampling time?
7–10 days for a new sample once materials are confirmed. Sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
Do you provide compliance certificates?
Yes. Our partner factories' BSCI audit reports and ISO 9001 certificates can be verified by certificate number and validity date. Third-party testing for REACH, CPSIA and California Prop 65 is arranged per material and per project.
How do you ship?
By sea (FCL/LCL), air or express (DHL/UPS). We can also work with your own forwarder.
